Kevin began his career in Credit Suisse’s TMT investment banking team and later launched several small businesses of his own, ranging from fashion to B2B services. Drawing on these experiences, he now leads Oneteam’s strategic vision to transition traditional SMEs into modern, digital-first enterprises.
Matthew co-founded Oneteam with a dedication to transforming the lives of SME workers. Leveraging his expertise in corporate finance and organizational design, he aims to empower employees with career growth, progression opportunities, and a pathway to employee ownership.
