  • Step 1:

    Preliminary valuation and initial term sheet

    Based on your preliminary financial info, we can provide a ballpark valuation within a week – leading to an initial term sheet.

  • Step 2:

    Comprehensive due diligence process

    Our due diligence consists of financial, tax, legal and commercial. We will walk you seamlessly through this process. Within 3 weeks, we will let you know if the deal is good-to-go.

  • Step 3:

    Drafting and reviewing agreements

    2 weeks into our due diligence process, we will provide the draft Share purchase agreement and Shareholders agreement (if required). We will spend 2 weeks to go through these with you in detail and amend based on our discussions.

  • Step 4:

    Finalising documents and completing the transaction

    Once due diligence is completed and documents are final, we can sign the documents and transfer you the funds. Thereafter, you can trust us to carry your legacy forward!
